All Manta Sleep eye cups are adjustable. Position them within the mask’s interior, according to your preference. But keep in mind they are the reason there’s zero pressure on your peepers.
Ideally, this means that your eyes should be at the center of the eye cups. So, if the edges of the cups touch any part of your eyes, reposition them farther or nearer apart from each other.
Tip: Make sure to attach the eye cups to the mask in the right orientation. Each cup tapers meaning one side thins out. The thinner side should sit near your temple. The thicker part should be near the bridge of your nose.
The great thing about most Manta Sleep masks is you can wash and store them with the eye cups in place. The next time you’ll have to do any adjusting is if you decide to wash the eye cups separately.
It’s essential to get that personal fit so you can enjoy the benefits of your sleep mask. It may take a bit of patience in the beginning, but we promise it’s worth it.
